Rate of Pay: $95,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients and be their primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships, and addressing concerns;
Participate in the design process throughout, coming up with new design ideas and developing those from the team, with clients and collaborate with consultants in 2D and 3D formats as required, effectively using tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Rhinoceros, Revit, etc;
Ensure the quality and accuracy of design work, especially when adhering to various industry standards, building codes, and company policies;
Sketch, develop, and draft construction details to communicate design intent to the contractor;
Select and specify materials, products, fixtures, equipment, etc. as required for the project and compile them into a specifications manual to be used by the contractor during construction;
Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed;
Prepare 3D renderings and rendered architectural plans using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for marketing purposes as per client requirement.
Strategize with regard to business development, identifying growth opportunities and contributing to the company’s long-term goals;
Advocate for the adaptation of new and updated technologies, design methodologies, and sustainable practices within the firm.

Requirements:

Master Degree in Architecture or related field.
24 months of experience as an Architectural Designer or related involving conceptual design, detailed design development, construction documents, construction administration, and/or site supervision. Accept Full-time internship.
Proficiency in producing technical drawings and documentation.
Proficiency in preparing client presentation materials.
Proficient in using software Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
Working knowledge of using Enscape to produce 3D renderings.
