• Possess hand sketching and hand rendering skills
• Excellent technical drafting and detailing abilities
• Hands-on approach
• Ability to put together Construction Documents
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Currently authorized to work in the United States

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Masters preferred
· 5-7 years of proven experience in all phases of design process: conceptual, detail and design development, construction documents, construction administration, site supervision
· Excellent AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills, REVIT a plus
· 3D modeling skills/sketch up
· Highly developed skills in client communications, contract documentation, project scheduling, team leadership
· Knowledge of local building codes
· Fluency in written and spoken English
· Hands-on approach
· Full-time availability
· Previous experience with hospitality projects is a BIG plus
· Previous experience in high-end residential projects is also a BIG plus
