Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino recently completed a $20 million renovation of its guestrooms, Sierra Café and the Spa Terrace Conference Center. Inspired by the lake and the Sierras, the CCS created a truly unique mountain respite at Lake Tahoe that genuinely captures the region’s pristine natural beauty.

The Lake Tahoe luxury resort’s all-day dining restaurant, Sierra Café, completed a $1.5 million redesign and renovation offering an entirely new, mountain-contemporary look. Featuring 208-seats of indoor and outdoor dining space, the new restaurant is meant to appeal not only to hotel guests but also locals and features gorgeous views of the beautiful natural scenery of the verdant forest and mountainside. Contemporary oak tables and leather seating adorn the dining room space, including a new ‘Chef’s Table,’ ideal for buffet’s or an intimate private event. A large fireplace, constructed with natural stones and rich woods, acts as the focal point for the room.
