147 SOUTH PARK

147 South Park was designed by Cass Calder Smith and Geddes Ulinskas Architects in collaboration with MT Development. The modern boutique building features two luxury condominium residences and a street front café on the ground floor, located on San Francisco’s historic South Park, in the heart of the cities evolving technology and cultural landscapes.

Fine features and sophisticated architectural elements include: high-end appliances and finishes, world-class design throughout, Savant home automation systems, interior elevator access to every floor, and spectacular outdoor spaces with park and skyline views.

Residence no.1 is a spacious, full-floor condominium comprised of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, with verdant park views. The residence is light-filled with extraordinary exterior spaces, including a large side courtyard and a sun-drenched rear deck.  Elevator access runs from the basement, garage/lobby level, and directly into the residence. The residence is pre-wired for a Savant home automation system.

The penthouse residence of 147 South Park is poised to be one of the most significant residences in all of South Beach.  Comprised of 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an expansive ‘great room’, the light-filled residence has extraordinary exterior spaces, including a private view terrace off the master bedroom and exclusive use of the rooftop terrace with big skyline views – the rooftop terrace is beautifully finished and includes a jacuzzi. Elevator access runs from the basement, garage/lobby level, and to each interior level of the residence.  The home is equipped with a Savant home automation system. Parking for both homes is located on the ground floor.
