A new residence designed for a developer who builds and sells bespoke homes in the Hamptons. The shape and orientation are specific to the site to maximize indoor-outdoor connects, natural light, and views. The flat-roofed design is meant to establish a contemporary look to appeal to buyers looking for a modern home. The pool and main yard sit within an L-shaped area dedicated to outdoor living. Sliding doors are all ten feet high with narrow black aluminum frames. The siding is all clear cedar.  The interior includes a main space that is the kitchen, dining, and living, with sliding doors, which open to the yards on each side. At the other end of the ‘L’ is a family room, which is also open to the yard. The bedrooms are upstairs and there are more rooms in the finished basement.
