Portrait of Chris Kalos, Project Manager

For the last 19 years, Chris played a lead role in developing the design and technical standards for Jensen Architects. Chris did this in project work, leading teams for signature award winning projects, and as an Associate leading initiatives in knowledge sharing, technical standards, best practices, and mentorship. Joining CCS recently, Chris plans to continue exemplifying the best practices in architecture and management at his new firm.

Influenced by the multidisciplinary environment of the California College of the Arts, where he earned my Bachelor of Architecture, Chris been actively cultivating an extended creative community of fashion designers, furniture makers, and craftspeople. He has a long track record of leading teams and working closely with clients, agencies, stakeholders and contractors from programming through construction, to design and realize custom furniture, details and environments for residential, institutional and commercial clients. Chris is a firm believer of being sensitive to the human dimensions of places and that every project has the capacity to move the needle as a positive cultural force. He works tirelessly to imbue these beliefs with technical expertise to work towards an enduring architecture.
