This project is a 3,000 square foot office in mid-town Manhattan for a boutique acquisitions firm. The design emphasizes a modern yet non-corporate look that feels sophisticated and welcoming. The reception area is spacious and with rich finishes to evoke a sense of luxury and a slight reference to board rooms of financial institutions. The office occupies the entire floor of the building and has views form each end to 57th street and Central Park. Flanking the reception area and conference room, are the working offices for the principal and staff of 10.
